Diploma Thesis is carried out by individuals and solely by undergraduate students. It is an undergraduate level study of an scientific research subject, which is placed at the entry level of a specific research area of the Mathematics science. The study is contacted under the supervision of the Supervisor Professor, and is based on existing research. The student makes use of the knowledge one acclaimed during ones studies, in order to carry out the research in a composing and scientific way.
The "Diploma Thesis" is a project which is carried out solely by undergraduate students. It has a synthetic
or scientific nature that encapsulates the student's experience and knowledge of a specific research area
of Mathematical science.


The goal is for the undergraduate student, under the guidance of the Supervising Professor, to gain critical thinking abilities, composing thinking and the ability to analyse a subject in a scientific and strictly mathematical way.
The "Diploma Thesis" is conducted by close collaboration between the student and a Supervising Member
of the Academic-Staff of Department.
